Thank you for a very detailed video build. I would have a couple suggestions for anyone assembling a balsa model. First, prepare all surfaces that you are going to glue before mixing up the epoxy glue. Secondly, drill your holes as shown in the belly pan. Then, screw your screws in newly drilled holes to a sung fit, Remove the screws and apply the thin ca glue. Let the ca cure. This will form threads in the balsa and insure that the screws will fit properly.
How would you compare this P-47 to the F-190? And by compare I'm talking about which flys easier. My next bird will be a warbird. I love the Focke Wolf but I'm thinking the P-47 as a "fun scale" would be more forgiving. Thoughts? Thanks in advance, love your channel.
Can you share your as3x and safe settings? It would really help me out. Thanks in advance. Great video! Would also like to see how you found the cg. Thanks again.
Hi Wesley I like watching your videos but I have a couple questions. When using that 30 minute Elmer’s glue can I use glue sticks instead of the squeeze bottle? Second question is - I have some scotch tape do you think that will work? And you need to start listening to Papa better so he doesn’t have to correct you so much. Thank goodness he was there for this build because if not this might have turned out to be a RC Boat or something 🤣
