Nonts Sarah that brings back some good memories I used to fly there in the late 70’s and the 80’s. Was a popular evening venue after work as you could park and launch easily, the large rocks would often be still quite warm compared to the cooler evening temperature which gave good thermals and lift. Calvert and Bailey were often to be seen flying there which was an added bonus as there skills were often on another level. Paragliding hadn’t quite arrived so not too busy. Great days

Nice work Darren, great to see you out mid-winter flying. Excellent concept - site guide and flying skill tips with historical anecdotes and the usual hilarious Darrenisms. Keep up the teaching and vlogging and you will be flying with more hangies in the future....it's inspirational work you are doing. Here's to an awesome 2019 year of flights..... Hey Darren, I always like to see your videos ... very amusing ... This flight reminds me of Ricardo's flights ,here in Portugal, where he takes off from the top of the dunes, lands at the beach then carries the glider to the top and does it again.
