Meaning one of their fellowmen This cannot be Muhammad because Muhammad was not an Israelite. 2) Muslims say Jesus will return and He will kill the pig. Why would Jesus kill the pig? The pig did not tell the pork eaters to eat it. When Jesus returns He will be killing the pig eaters ,not the pig. Pig and other unclean meats were forbidden ( like the tree of good and evil in Eden) and whoever violates the kosher law ( both Jews and Christians ) will be dealt with by Jesus when He returns . However, a more detailed analysis shows that the Southern Levantine option is less attractive, as Durie mixes freely linguistic features of distinct dialects of Arabic, and ignores clear isoglosses present in Quranic Arabic completely absent in the Southern Levant.
