Im someone that has struggled with my weight and the fact that I'm a very big guy for a while. Im about as tall as hafthor being 6ft8 and im 400 pounds. These videos are helping me find my motivation again to get healthy. Great stuff. Thank you
I honestly find it very inspiring/motivating that you do your workouts even if you really dont have the energy or willpower. Wish I was more like that. But Martins always remember : You want to become the Worlds Strongest Man and the competition never sleeps 💪🍊✌
Martins is my 2nd favorite strongman, just behind big Brian Shaw!!! Last year, Martins wasn't even a strongman I was interested in. Now he's a close 2nd favorite! I'd be happy if Martins takes a win.

I tried to "just chalk" the newest/heaviest stone at my gym and felt like my inner elbow was going to explode 😢 been doing the holds I got from you to try to get back to it though 💪
Go heavy or go home....Always watching Martins. Try getting pumped up at 49. Make myself lift every other day and always feel great after. The energy comes for me after my first 15 minutes. It's a tough Job.

Great videos Martins, I watch every one as soon as you post it. Just got off a deployment so trying to catch up. You've motivated me with your videos to change my training and eating, my body weight and lifts have shot up like crazy. Definitely doing some local competitions soon because of you, thank you.
I had a dream that Martins worked on my car and put the battery terminals on backwards. I was super bummed because I was going to give Michael Jordan a ride home after finding him wandering around lost in a parking lot. Michael then suggested we carjack a Tesla so I could still give him a ride home. I was busy arguing with Mr Jordan that stealing a car was a bad idea when I woke up.
A great way to clean up your stones is to build storage into the loading platforms. You can store about 3 stones per platform easily that way with only one of them on top.
Bradenton is my home town! That is "Bray-Done-Tin." Will be attending all four days of the WSM. I really think it's a bad idea for Martins to drop weight since the weather has been very mild this year. Definitely not so hot that you need to be concerned. It will be nothing like Botswana 2017.

If your are finding making content is cutting into your training or the endless rotator intros are baffling, just make them at your leisure. Less is more. Martins, you seem to like isometric holds like your one handed pull up bar holds, the stone pick, stone hold, wall sits, etc. Is there a major benefit to training stones in part by training isometrically, is it easier on your joints with the other training you do, maybe training the weakest part of the lift is the most important because you are plenty strong, or am I missing the point? I figure training stones by doing the full motion would make you faster at stone loading overall and that is a deciding factor in wsm.
Is it weird that Lindsey makes me really competitive? Like anytime I watch your videos my brain is just like MUST BE STRONGER THAN LINDSEY! That can't be good for me.
