Browns routes are even being ran differently so he’s playing different himself. Now was it him or pt last year idk but brown wasn’t using his big body to help make catches easier. Even in that bowl game you speak off brown would let the db get to the ball running through him. Maybe he’s just developing or just getting stronger but past tape tells dbs don’t panic attack the ball hitting brown & he won’t make the catch. I will say any sport that involves catching a ball it’s much easier catching a sharp faster thrown ball then a duck or a ball that lacks heat just like baseball & softball you watch top athletes struggle w/slower hit balls vs balls being smoked at them where there’s no thinking but just natural reaction. Let’s hope this whole team just gets a little better every game but it starts with running every rep the same. Wr took plays off w/pt probably because they felt hes holding onto the ball to long. Unfortunately that doesn’t help qb or themselves get better just do your job so coaches can’t see excuses. I’m excited for this week but I’m cautious. Hank brown could be the missing piece to finally start building but we desperately need this game for the locker room to stay together. 1 game @ a time. To many road games ahead to lose to ark or ok. The cal loss made both these games must win or season could fall apart & locker room too with freeze not being able to save it.
