For those who don't know about the Guam reference, during a Congressional hearing, Hank Johnson went on and on about the size of Guam;, and then, he asked an Admiral if he was concerned about the possibility of Guam tipping over. Johnson actually believed that islands float in the water like an iceberg. Hank's congressional district is located in a heavily black section east of Atlanta. Hank defeated Cynthia McKinney, a real piece of work in her own right. So yes, Hank's constituents are getting exactly the kind of representation they deserve.

40 some years ago while serving in the US Navy as an Electronic Warfare Tech, I misplaced a secret document. This "Secret" document had a time and date stamp. Fifteen minutes after that time stamp that "Secret" document was useless. However, in that fifteen minute window, the info was imperative I needed it to do my job in the Combat Information Center. Anyways, my boss relieved me on watch and found the useless document under the workstation. For the next 2 days , I was rustled out of my rack at all hours to gather classified material from every department and burn it in the incinerator. All the while I was standing watch doing my numerous duties. It bothers me I spent 48 hours with little sleep over a useless document while Hillary Clinton should be in Federal Prison for destroying classified material without permission. There are times I feel I wasted several years of my life.
