It sure is cool watching Hank Jr sing this song with Randy Travis, Chet Atkins, and Ricky Skaggs. His dad would have been proud of him for singing this song. Hopefully all of us will see the light of God's Word through everything we face in our lives.

In the middle of it, a guy came out and said that the dishwasher wanted to sing a little tune for everyone. Out came a young feller, he sang his song. June said that he was really good. She said that his name was Randy Travis. 😳

Jesus saved me and God helped me stop drinking too brother! I had only recently been saved and was struggling with the bottle. I called out to God and said I just couldn't stop. I heard a voice in my head say "I can stop you". I thought I heard it out loud but it couldn't have been as no one was there but me. I quit drinking that day without really even trying. It was easy. I just didn't want too anymore. I thank God and believe He gave me that healing or I would be dead now. I drank a lot. I'd be ashamed to say how much.

I know exactly where it came from. I have an old documentary I got from my great grandma, and I think it was recorded in 1982, and released in 1989, and all those country music legends that sang talked about hank and sang his songs. then, at the end, they all sang I saw the light, right then and their. its a really good film, but that's were it came from

I just saw a video where Roy Acuff (the guy singing the 2nd verse) did this same song with Hank Sr, June Carter Cash and several others. Now he's singing this song many years later with Hank Jr. So many of the good are gone now. I miss them.

When my mom's brother passes away it was cloudy that whole morning and when we got the call he passed we hugged my mom and I told her that he's always gonna look out for us and next thing we kno we look out the window and the sun came out as soon as I said that.😢 was a beautiful moment.and my mom felt at ease.
