Hannah is a longtime friend and classmate, it was no big surprise to me when she got famous, because I knew she was destined to do great things! I’m so proud of how successful she’s become!❤
I have to admit that I didn't love her from Bachelor, but she was awesome on Bachelorette, and then Dancing with the Stars.. and now on Special Forces ...she's AWESOME! She seems so genuinely nice. She's always offering someone else water or a smile. And she's definitely fierce . Love Hannah!
I just discovered this podcast and I love it. I'm cleaning my apt while I watch the episodes in order. I just wanna mention something since mental health is something important for you (and all of us). When Tay says she's never experienced mental health until working at a hospital, i understand she means she never experienced difficulties in her mental health, but we all have mental health, either good or bad, same as physical health. I hate having to clarify this, but since its a written comment, people can misinterpret it. This is not hate. It's just constructive criticism, which is always important cause that's how we people grow, evolve, and learn.
What Hannah said about distracting herself with work really resonates with me. Not wanting to go home or be alone but also not wanting to talk to friends or people, so I just work bc what else will I do? I hope this becomes a bigger discussion, bc it affects a lot of people.
I agree!! When I look back at my life, at the age of 16, I was in school full time and I worked 3 jobs.... Until I was 32, I had more than one job at a time. So now looking back, I can clearly see that I used work to distract my brain from painful thoughts and emotions... I wanted to numb, and that's what being a being a workaholic made me feel for a very long time until I burnt out and I could barely work until noon every day and I had to take a leave of absence from my job for almost 3 years now while I do intensive therapy to try to figure out how to walk through all the trauma that I haven't been dealing with for the greater part of my life.
this was a great episode - speaking about emotional health in a nuanced way...the isolation, dissociation is so relatable and not often talked about. thanks for sharing!
Just found out abt this channel & it was such a fun/ engaging listen! The conversation flowed so naturally and the questions were really thought-provoking, which made for a great listening experience. Thank you for putting together such a great interview, and I look forward to hearing more from you guys in the future! 💛🍋
LOVE ❤️ Hannah Brown. Your past wounds are very relatable… I’m recommending a book for you. CONTINUOUS PEACE BY DAWN MARASCO 4 steps to living in peace GOD intended. Trust me!!! It’s life altering!!!!!!
Pink is my most annoying color. I have so many pink clothes that now I rarely wear our of the house unless I am getting them dirty. Other than that they are pj/lounge wear. I avoid pink usually
Not everyone likes high energy people. I don't. And not everyone's personality is upitty all the damn time. Maybe you're used to Gen z generation being loud and annoying as fuck
HONESTLY I THINK YOU THINK BEING CALM, PAUSING AND ALLOWING THE OTHER TO ANSWER WITHOUT INTERRUPTING THEN AND BEING AN ACTIVE LISTENER EQUATES TO LOW ENERGY??
Ohmygodddddd y’all have Hannah!!! Just discovered y’all’s podcast but OMG 🥹 just might become one of my new faves. As long as Hannah is there you just know it’s going to be great
