Sam said he isnt a scammer but he isnt allowed to speak up becaus of legal issues. If your partner doesnt know about those legal issues either that means there arent any thus she calls him a scammer. "Its just banter" then why would she jump to the apology immediately? If scammer is a meme they would let the meme slide
