I regret not watching this when it first came out. I only watched it in June 2023 for the first time I've watched it a few times since then I've lost count. But seeing people talk about this is so heartwarming for us newcomers
Honestly as a hard-core hannigram shipper, I'm actually scared that it might be true, they'd never become romantic or be together romantically, they're just both guys who understand each other, like they are both 1 person, and divided they are hannibal and will, but then it's also platonic and strictly friends, sure there's love but its more like they're brothers, or twins(being 1 person divided into 2) and well, incest is weird so I had to get that off of my chest, sorry, I'm not against the whole shipping thing its just that this fear has kinda been bugging me, like something that I also don't want to believe in but it's so true..
They’d never be together romantically because will never consents. Wills having a seizure, a panic attack, on the verge of death, etc? Hannibals all over him, even though in none of those situations is will thinking clearly. I ship them because it’s impossible not to. But I’m afraid it is one sided. Occasionally there’d be scenes where I had hope for the ship, but really, it’s dysfunctional and a disaster. I love it nonetheless. And I will always ship them. why? because even with all this, I have *NEVER* seen a better ship, in anything.
