What programs will stop during the coming Government shutdown? > Assistance for homeless veterans > Processing new retirement applications for Military and Federal Employees > SSA will stop services like benefit verifications > Small Business Administration (SBA) will stop processing new business loans > If Air traffic controllers and Customs and Border Protection agents show up, they are working without pay I don't know about conservatives, but screwing the military and the border patrol officers seems like a dumb idea.

I’ve seen many Californians saying this and no valid reasons why. People say the shutdown… every state made that mistake. It’s not his fault. Everyone says he screws the economy to help the homeless and climate change advocates… He cut housing for homeless 6 months ago AND climate control measures were cut as well. By billions. Not my governor. He is ruining our lives here. At some point there will be no one in CA except very rich and very poor. The rest of us will have to leave. My friend, who has lived here in CA since 1996, just had to sell her house and move to another state because she can no longer to afford to live in CA. I fear the same fate awaits myself and my husband when he retires in a couple of years.
