In a wide-ranging interview, California Governor Gavin Newsom speaks with CNN's Dana Bash about topics ranging from the climate crisis to the 2024 presidential election. #CNN #News
The reason Biden and Trump are running neck-and-neck is because we as a nation have forgotten what an informed citizenry is. Right now we root for the Republican and Democrat parties like we are at a football game; I think we need to review our job description as citizens.
I agree with your sentiments wholeheartedly, but it is a very unfortunate reality. As much as Biden has done legislatively, he had a chance to restate the case for democracy and he has failed miserably. He also needs someone more viable than Harris as VP. His age would matter less if he had a successor who more felt could handle the job. Finally, he’s still playing by the old rules. The game has changed, and he has to be much much more aggressive and a much much better communicator… and he’s neither. Think we’re in trouble, dude.

I'm glad she fact checked his homeless numbers, I know it was a bullshit call because invisible homeless people are just as homeless as anyone else. @@majedtaleb3944 Are every politicians great? No. At least he has ideas, He's very pro welfare, helping poor people. I rather somebody with ideas than somebody who tried to overturn the Presidential Election. 99% of the people who testified before the January 6 committee were Republicans who worked for Trump or in the administration. Everybody mango Mussolini trump hired he would say is "so smart and the best," only later to go out and say "they're overrated," like he did with General Mad Dog Mattis, or Rex Tillerson, saying he's "dumb as a rock." Well before they were "smart," but a little time later he would always disparage them. Mussolini trump called US Service Members & Veterans "suckers & losers." A few days ago a story published by the Atlantic described how trump said to General Milley about a wounded Veteran "why did you bring him here, nobody wants to see that, don't ever bring people like that here ever again." Many other Military officials also heard trump say this, because it was confirmed. The dude said he's worth$10 billion, he has a private jumbo plane, said in 2016 "I'm rich, I don't need anybody's money" for his campaign, only to beg nonstop for donations. He uses those donations to pay is wife's stylost $260,000, then another $155k he had her paid for giving a couple minute speech & for picking out table arrangements for a small dinner party/function. His New York business was exposed as a fraud, he would increase the values of his properties to get favorable loans, but would decrease those values and say they're dumps when it came to tax season. He was paying $512k property tax on his Mar-a-Lardo property in Florida which is 0.98% of the value. It was appraised between $18-26 million. If it was worth over a billion like he claims he would've been paying over $10 million a year. The Palm Beach Daily printed a story about how trump appealed a property assessment to pay a lower property tax, but now he cries it's worth over a billion. The dude paid more in tax to China than he did to the US. I remember reading how he got a $73 million refund. Like i said I rather have somebody discussing policy then crying on stage about everything they rigged against him. I'm tired of writing because i know you will still vote for a dummy who will ruin this country more than he did. Mussolini trump was laughed at, at the UN General Assembly. Everything I wrote here can be corroborated via Google query search.
