The problem is that many people complain but still vote the same way or choose even worse alternatives, or want to choose smaller parties with no track record as an alternative. he speaks the truth, this gent. i say this with a heavy heart but there was a time i did tik. all i had to do was go across the street (kraaifontein) and in broad daylight i could buy it, even sometimes police driving by. i asked the one guy why are they not scared of the police and he just patted his jeans pocket with his hands and smiled. i understood the message. the police are paid from that pocket. and i can tell you those pockets are full. Home owners that allow illegal drugs to be used or drug users to stay in their house should also be prosecuted. Supply and demand must be solved.
