Synthesia. You can connect digital keyboards with a USB cable to a computer and play through them at your own speed, even set it to pause until you hit the note.
It would be a bit of work but just transfer it to a sheet. There is a program called Noteflight where you can make your own sheets. Or ask the creator of this tutorial to add it for you^^
