4:40 = the first time we really see the X-Men in all their glory. We got nearly two decades of great Wolverine fights, but this moment really nailed it for the other characters
@@masterbloom7044 because the movie basically destroyed the characters. The decisions they made didn't mach their personalities. Too many sudden attitude changes. Too many "why would they do this?" "why wouldn't they do this?"
@@MinecraftBigBangs the action was ok but the train sequence was great the music is just epic but hey it's Hans Zimmer you know something amazing gonna come from him no matter what movie he's attached to
7:35 I love this. Erik is alone and the remaining aliens are about to kill him... then Storm saves him. That moment him and Storm share during 7:50 was great seeing as how Apocalypse recruited them together. Then at 8:00 Magneto’s them plays.... and Erik crushes the entire train car, killing the remaining aliens with ease... pure chills
See I start listening without seeing the title. Halfway through I was like : wait this is too sophisticated and grandiose to be just any composer. And low and behold, it's my guy Hans. This guy is the 21st century Mozart.
@Black Troy McClure well to be fair this film was originally suppose to be a 2 part film fixing all the problems in the past but disney bought the rights and told fox to make it 1 film halfway into filming production plus they told the filmmakers to change a lot of the story because it didn't want to overshadow there captain marvel, so ironically its Disney mcu fault
Idk why this song sticks so well with me its like a glorious battle for a end result that could change the future as its known, oh wait, plus its like super empowering it made the whole train scene INSANE i luv this soundtrack
Great original score to finally a good xmen movie, still dont understand why it didnt do well. 8:57 feeling of the ultimate power to a creature discovering its omnipotent capabilities.
I respectfully disagree. I'm tired of these superhero films getting bloated runtimes. As it stands the film moves at a good pace and doesn't waste any screen time. Compare that to something like Avengers where even though I enjoyed the film there are certainly sections of it that drag, or play zero part in moving the story forward (Captain America vs. Captain America) for example.
@@jalenjohnson1662 that fight scene was awesome!!! But I get your point. Honestly this dark phoenix saga is so important that it should have been a 2 part film.
@Mastodon1976 Did you know that in the late 90s, Marvel was almost bankrupt ? And one of the things that gave Fox the Idea to make the Xmen Movie, was the success of the 90s anime. it was one of the few marvel products that were successful at that time. And it was successful because it was GOOD. just watch it again.
@@imbonathan Spare me the "we'll be fine" there sheriff. It was just a little mistake. See, I'm French, and in my tongue, "Animé" means "animated". No relation with Japan's animes.
4:43 STORMMMMMMM!!!! The best x men with jean! Hope we will seee THE REEAL POWER OF STORM!! Again in this xmen we havent see the reaal and fierce power of her!
Storm can do more than lightening! Dont forget she has the ability of control the weather... in all movies we see always lightening! While she can create many big storm, hurricane, all the things of the weather
I was also disappointed with STORM. I was really expecting something crazy with the train scene and for the weather making ice and a fresh breeze is not enough for me 😂. But hopefully we will see more of her
OcéaneYingOff Me too! I want more of her!! She is a caracter very important in the comics & movie but she always powerless in MoVie ! We want to see her reaaal power as in the comics please lool!
Karl, did you miss X2 where she created like 20 tornados? Or the deleted scene in The Last Stand where she created a wave? But I must say, her lightening powers in Dark Phoenix were perfect. She is definitely omega level!
I didn't know who wrote the music for this movie, but towards the end when this started playing I thought to myself "This music is so good! I think it might be Hans Zimmer."
looking at Storm eyes, turning white and making bolts and lightnings, or looking at Kurt trying to attack the aliens with a piece of metal cutting their body, is like, so majestic
No matter how much they criticize this movie, it is still a masterpiece for me! Both the music and the story are magnificent and epic, especially this track. I love Jean Gray / Dark Phoenix! 🧡❤️
This is a nice, personal soundtrack for the tragedy that is Dark Phoenix. BUT I still miss the X-Men theme. That's what the movie desperately needs. A followup. There's just too big of a hole between Dark Phoenix and the bright, beautiful future in Days of Future Past. Other than that, I thought the movie was a lot better than Captain Marvel.
Don't get the hate or bad critics for that movie. Watched it yesterday and honestly I was kinda blown away cause I was like why has this so many bad reviews, this movie is awesome and don't get me started about the music. As always Hans zimmer takes it to the next level! Awesome badass music. He should do more Marvel movies! The Phoenix was perfectly played and I realy like professor X in this one cause he has so much dept in his character as well as all the other characters. So yeah honestly I love this movie.
Just a reminder that Captain Marvel got an 79% on Rotten Tomatoes and Dark Phoenix got a 22%... Just my two cents on it: I think they're both about a 60% but I actually prefer Dark Phoenix
I never liked the last two Avengers films anyway. Thanos is a terrible villain with a ludicrously absurd, and moronic motivation and plan. And because Infinity War focuses so much on him and his dumb motive, it spoils almost the entire movie!
Ho que oui... Ce film, je risque pas de l'oublier si facilement... C'était une bombe émotionnel... Je me demande surtout comment Hans Zimmer fait pour donner vie de cette façon à sa musique. C'est à la fois improbable et magnifique 🤐
I heard the part two days ago middle of the night, since then im searching for the part, cuz i listened to bach, and bach was playing this part, but i dont know the piece yet! I will find out soon, and then i ll tell you.
Nishant Thapa even the beginning as they took off after the space shuttle. Was epic moment. News coverage and people all over ran to their tv’s as they shot to the sky and this music played
I’m imagining In the final fighting seen an Endgame as if Doctor Strange summons the X-Men as back up. First wolverine appears with Colossus & night crawler. Then we start seeing figures getting closer and it’s Professor X with cyclops, Jean, storm and rogue. And then Professor X Gives in the signal to attack. 4:21
help me out here On Wikipedia it says that part of this score appears in "Nuvea York Chase Scene" from "Spider-Man Across the Spiderverse" I can't find it thought.....
4:20 When this scene starts, you gonna witness one of the best X Men action of all time. I got hyped the most during this scene...movie was satisfactory too and soundtrack was surreal!
