I love Tuchel and I think he's been one of the best in the last decade, but arriving after losing the league with Bayern puts him in an uncomfortable position from the start. Flick has charisma, is highly regarded, has taken some youngsters to the next level, has coached one of the finest teams of this century and has the expertise with a certain style of playing that can adapt to Barcelona's. If he can develop La Masia and develop the talent there, I personally think he's perfect.
