Sehr gut erfasst. Flick hatte eine deutlich schwache Mannschaft aufgebaut, und es hat nicht geholfen dass die Spieler Angst hatten, dass es wieder wie beim 2018 läuft. Sehr wichtig zu verstehen warum es mit Flick(leider) nicht weiter ging.

Sehe es 1-1 wie du. Ich verstehe die Leute nicht, die sagen, dass das ein positiver Austausch war. Kimmich hat sehr respektvoll seine Meinung gesagt, dass die in der Formation nicht gut gespielt haben. As this was during the pandemic, all of the coaches were in different places. Flick was sitting there looking very smug, expecting to win (and to be fair should've done), but then Klopp won........ don't bank in your head, bank at the Bank. He's now manager of Barca. One of his bugbears at Bayern was dealing with the media, so it'll be interesting to see how he copes at Barca. I don't think it'll work out for him.

@@Zagmi81 I did watch it, processed it and that's my opinion. In elite level sport (particularly team sports), teams often win/lose, based on the managers ability to get the guys to buy into, and execute the game plan. Kimmich is annoyed that they seem to get overloaded v 5 at the back, because effectively the full backs in the German back 4 get pulled across to cover the wingers who are coming forward from the back 5 of the opposition, and then the 2 CBs get isolated, and the MFs struggle to know how to provide protection. Flick is explaining, that he's already told them what to do in that situation. (ie in real life terms, everyone moves across one.. Forward in "3" drops in to cover 6/8 position, the 6/8,shifts into LB or RB to help cover threat of wing back who's attacking .. And then the lb for example, shifts across to help his CB. He's got angry because Kimmich is "playing dumb".. They've gone through it, Flick knows what/how we wants them to execute the defensive principles, when playing in a 4 2 3 1, and whilst feedback or questions are welcome, it's the players job to execute the coach's instructions and tactics.

und nun müsste es auch jeder verstehen, dass kimmich im def mittelfeld total überfordert ist. man merkt glasklar, das er die taktischen anweisungen von flick absolut nicht verstanden hat, und spielte ganz was anderes, wie man im video glasklar heraushören kann. wenigstens der tuchel hatte die eier und ihn wieder rechtshinten hin zu stellen. die fantasie der bayern bonzen, den im def mittelfeld spielen zu lassen, alle standards spielen zu lassen und ihn dann vlt um 50 mio verkaufen zu können ist wohl geplatzt!
