I’d say claymation!

They are two entirely different products. If you're looking for a natural finish and have thin hair, I'd recommend byVilain. For more texture, a slightly visible finish and all hair types, Claymation is the way to go

kaigroomed I have long hair (about shoulder length), so I'm looking for a product that can hold down any fly always, baby hairs both on top of my head and on my sides (when I put my hair up into a medium bun).

I guess two to three months or maybe longer? It depends on how much you use, but I use quite a lot and haven't even used a significant amount after two months of using it at least every third day.

Yeah, a lot of people say that. I personally think that both Claymation and Cavalier have their pros and cons. I still use Claymation, although not as often as Cavalier.

kaigroomed Yeah I totally agree with that, they are both similar in many ways, but different and unique in their own as well.

Depends on what you're looking for. GD is a hair wax, Claymation is a heavy clay

Blumaan Cavalier Clay, Lockhart's Matte Clay and alot of waterbased clay that acts like an oil-based clay like Arcadian.

In my hair Claymation works MUCH better than Cavalier Clay. Cavalier Clay is much more greasy and heavier in the hair and just weighs it down. I am also not the biggest fan of the kind of texture that it gives, it just puts my hair into strands. I don't really like the other HDF products like Quicksand, Sponge Wax or Gravity Paste but Claymation is still a brilliant product, just seems like the cool thing to do at the moment to talk it down
