I don’t mind hapkido I like the rear bear hug defend, put your left or right leg behind your attacker with your hip movement, then bring you fist leveled with your eyes then down strike with both hands at the same time turn a little towards you attacker apply a tripping motion. It help me when I was being bear hugged.
