+Plzmane Please don't Dave. I liked both of you, but suddenly Casey became way to commercialized. It was all about promoting his new app, watching him receive things from companies and so on. Dave is still true to his ideas and way to work - keep that up, you are very inspiring! I am still a fan of Casey's first videos, but after he went viral, his work changed a lot.

+Andreaslrp I think they are different in their own unique ways. You can't really compare them. And it's not Caseys fault that he became famous and he didn't really change his style while doing so. If Dave gains such popularity, companies will send him stuff too...thats how it always works with companies. Anyway they are different that's my point. Dave great work :D

I agree that you can't compare them. Dave is a designer, Casey is a professional film maker. Casey's old videos were more like small documentaries, and today he focuses on vlogs - that's the way it is. His new style is a lot like his thumbnails. Capital letters and clickbait tiltes like "THIS WILL SOLVE MY BIGGEST PROBLEM" and "NEVER DRESS LIKE THIS IN NYC" just to name two. You can receive and use all the stuff companies send you, but that does not mean, that you need to be commercialized and promote it. And thank you for a postive and well argued comment, that is rarely found on RU-vid :-)

+glorb Casey and his brother made "The Neistat Brothers" which they sold to HBO for two million dollars.

glorb your right thanks for explaining. also in addition it usually comes back to balance having too much comfort can be dreadful, just a little something to shake things up once in a while leads to a happy life overall. like a cooking class or playing an unfamiliar sport, or staying out past midnight ya know a little thing.
