ഈ ഷോർട്ട് ഫിലിം ഷൂട്ട് തുടങ്ങിയതു മുതൽ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളായിരുന്നു. ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഫൂട്ടേജ് മുഴുവൻ മിസ്സായി പോയി. അതിലൊന്നും തളരാതെ ഒരു സംവിധായകൻ എങ്ങനെ ആയിരിക്കണം എന്ന് കാണിച്ചു തന്നു.

I can relate to this very much because as a person with BPD I saw myself in the shoes of that girl. The reason my ex left me was because of the same reason that mentioned in this short film. Due to my manic episodes and extreme mood swings she couldn't handle it anymore... Even then I was not aware of these issues, I felt it was all my fault...But after descending into deep depression I was finally diagnosed with BPD. After that I was able to explain all the consequences and events that happened in my life due to this condition. Due to unstable environments and repeated trauma I became even worse than I was before... I cut ties with everyone... But now I've have accepted the fact that I have an issue and I am adjusting my life around it... I know it's gonna be way difficult for me to succeed than most people without BPD as I find it really hard to live each day as each is a nightmare... But I have a hope that I will reach there someday. Not gonna let this overtake me

Thank you guys for uploading a shortfilm on borderline personality disorder... As I myself diagnosed with borderline personality disorder..... Literally I can sense emotional instability.. That .. My community members going through..... We need more awareness on mental health issues especially bpd... Because many of people who have been diagnosed with bpd don't know how to tackle emotional rollercoaster... Ended up with severe self-harm like suicide..... I just want to mention one more thing.... Although females are more vulnerable to bpd.....males are not an exception from this disorder....... When it comes to males.... Expression of these emotion become more difficult.. As we all are living in patriarchal society Yes I know for sure, as a person with bpd.... There are treatments..... Intensive psychotherapy(DBT) .... In addition, medication are also given to people with severe symptoms.... One of my wish as I'm writing this, we need an awareness groups (community).....because more we share our stories..... More we come to know, I'm not alone, you are not alone.... So many people there who lead a meaningful life with their bpd symptoms

Excellent work guys!! Due to the stigma in our society mental health is hidden from everyone’s eyesight. Our culture tries to show that mental health will be cured over “time”. In our society about 98% of people with mental health disorders are either unaware or not treated appropriately for their mental health. As a social worker and as a mental health advocate, more over as a malayali, i hope more people start to learn and educate the upcoming generations about mental health and seek appropriate ways to treat it.💛

This made me feel soo pathetic cuz its exactly how i used to act with people i love. I hate that i feel soo much. Isnt it soo cringe and disgusting... I hate that i have bpd

The music sets the tone of the film. Sensitive story portrayed very well. This team has good calibre they have touched upon mental health issues in a very mature manner. I would have loved it as an audience if they added a beacon of hope at the end of desperation. But that’s the film maker’s vision. All the best for future content.
