Being 51 years old I still can't keep my feet on the ground listening to this amazing track!! A lot of memories from back when HOUSE was REALLY HOUSE.....!!
I never stopped believing!... I miss the old days...not a care in the world, no responsibility's, just out clubbing with ya mates, drinking, popping allsorts and being free...
Let’s go back one more time. When lockdown is over I’m looking up reunion house nights, taking a party bag and revisiting my mid nineties self, for good or bad I’m hitting it. After this last year and still ongoing, things have been put into perspective.
I've been to alot of house nights over the years,I'm 46 now and still go out, lol, but ,sadly nobody plays this track anymore which is a shame,I saw Todd terry live and he smashed it,he didn't play this track but played one of my other faves, which is French kiss by lil louis🤩👌🏻💃🏻💯
House Collection 3 came out in 1995 and Happy Clappers was a major track on Alistair Whitehead's mix. The track 'I Believe' was released in 1994. Anyone claiming it was later missed this scene entirely.
I'm a youngster but I love this music and this track is totally my type of vibe when Rollin with the rhythm and I'm 27. Lolz wish i could have been at these shows.
Not in the mental hospital though, which is where I am currently residing. Ash ward, South Central california. Ooops, I did it again - I keep hitting the play button. I think Im going insane, I do believe...
52 and still love this and this time we don't have Tory Blair as the choice ! JC4PM next week ! make all our dreams for a fairer better world come true !
This is the awesome track reminds you of the day when you go bar hopping no worries in the world now today is different but the music still sounds good
Absolute belter of a tune. This is why God inspired all those dudes in Chicago , Detroit and NYC to give the world House Music. And yes , I still believe.
This was my favorite back in the day and yesterday we gave it new life at my 1 day event to change beliefs. They had their hands in the air with their new beliefs affirming ' I BELIEVE'
If you have to have build ups and drops in a track this is how you do it. Short and sweet. No 32 bar long nonsense..... earlier dance and house kept the groove going for longer without bloody interruptions- why dya think we were all so skinny back in the day 👌
oh the memories, its funny because every generation says the the same but I know that if your playing this you think the same. I have a good stable life now but i will never forget the house ninetys xx
There's actually tons of new music coming out that's great, it's just not on the surface. Check out: Leon Vynehall Detroit Swindle Bicep Chaos in the CBD J Paul Getto Fouk iO (Mulen) Folamour Max Graef PLO Man Brame & Hamo Krywald & Farrer A short and varied list just off the top of my head of current producers (most DJ's, too) that are worth checking out, and there are a TON more. The mainstream is totally flooded with mindless shite, but there's a wealth of music still being created, don't worry!
"I Believe" was a Top 10 hit in the United Kingdom in 1995, reaching its highest position at number 7, but was never released in the US until American producer Chris Cox remixed it in 2002. "I Believe" had been released three times in the UK prior to the Cox remix, peaking at numbers 21, 7 and 28 between 1995 and 1997.[1] The initial release in 1994 did not yield mainstream chart success.
Lyrics💞 believe in love and live baby let it come into your heart and carry you away, and I believe that all the people should be free, to live the way exactly to the lovers standing unity. Oh listen people it´s getting harder each day, just to know who you are, just to find your way. And I believe we´re equal what ever colour or creed, I can´t deny the truth well it´s the love that I believe
