Diane Boylan ....the point was to keep Archie focused on the task at hand. Actually Meghan did a great job in keeping Archie focused on the reading project and once they finished, she celebrated him marvelously. Even when he picked up a different book she said we will read that one next. All those things will help prepare Archie for learning in a structured setting. You can see that this reading with mommy was not new. Archie knew when to turn the page, he pointed to things and waited for her response, he was eager for other books as opposed to a toy. It’s easy to see that both Harry and Meghan read to Archie a lot. They are wonderful parents.

marieantoinette hoge ...Meghan checked all the boxes for reading with baby. She redirected him so gently by telling him we will read this one next instead of saying no. She engaged him by allowing him to turn the pages, she made his antics apart of the story by saying with a laugh what happened when the book fell and finally she really celebrated Archie when they finished reading the book. Excellent job by the Sussex family on mommy and me reading time. Love this vid.
