Beautiful video Anna!! I loved it. There was a Cat cafe here in Brisbane but it closed earlier this year. They had rescue(shelter) cats and I actually adopted my second cat from them in 2016!! It was very different to the Japanese cat cafe as it was a not for profit rescue running it.

Hi, It's a nice idea. If you love animals and like to be amused it is the perfect place to go. I like the idea that if you fall in love with a cat you can bring it home. The cats would be used to having company and behaving which is a nice perk. I always liked when a cat puts it's paws on your hand to hold it. It looks like you had a nice time, you must have had lots of laughs. You were able to replenish your energy although with all eyes on you, it must have been hard to leave quietly. Very nice place but at the same time it is hard job for the staff. Cleaning must be thorough, regular vet doctor exams, cat toilets , so much different problems to solve.

I am half shocked you didn't take Rei home with you... I assume you can buy the cats there. I like cats, but don't own any... I just do not have the time to take care of them. I do have to ask, how bad was the cat hair? With all of those longhaired cats (why I would prefer a short hair myself), I had to imagine there was cat hair all over your cloths. Did the Café provide you with rollers to remove the hair? Did staff help? And I suppose someone has to ask... do you own a cat?
I wanted to do so...:/ Yes, you can use the rollers to remove the hair but I didn't get many, so I didn't use it. First, you can't pick them up. Second, they clean up the room pretty well.

An interesting place to go if you're a cat person. I think I'd pass on going though, I'm more of a dog person. I'd go instead to the BBQ restaurant next door and stuff myself full of meat 😅 Take care of yourself and have a wonderful weekend.
I love these videos about cats. I am a real cat guy 🙂 One of those kitties in the café looks like a cat I lost 12 years ago... I suffered so badly when he died ( of kidney failure ) that since then, I am afraid to adopt another cat ☹. I was literally devastated by my cat's passing. 😭
