After wanting to go for the longest time I finally got tickets to Ghibli park! Along the trip, I also found the cutest Ghibli-themed cafe in Nagoya. Have a very Ghibli day with me :)

Hello from California. I was born in Shibuya in 1957 and my family moved to Hawaii when I was 5 and we unlearned the Japanese language and the culture and to this day I wish we had not moved away. I am 66 and still fantasize about what life would be like if we had not moved away from Japan and what would my children’s life be like. Watching your lovely videos is like watching a beautiful fantasy. Thank you for making these beautiful videos.

Imagine if they made a life sized Howl’s Moving Castle model, or a cat bus rollercoaster? Or even a rollercoaster that made you feel like you were flying on Kiki’s broom! How amazing that would be. It would be awesome if they had a strip of restaurants for guests similar to the one in Spirited Away when Chihiro’s parents were eating. Or if they built the bath house where guest can stay and experience what it would be like to be a guest in the bathhouse. Phenomenal. I can’t wait to visit!

It’s less of an amusement park and more like a themed Ghibli village, filled with life sized doll houses and displays from a museum. I love the peaceful and relaxing ambience though. It’s a magical environment that is so Ghibli. Of note, I loved the cat bus, the selfie photo displays, and Ghibli’s hallmark delicious food and pastries. I’d love to visit it someday. Thank you very much your video.

They really didn't actually. Without any of the music from any of the Studio Ghibli film composers, the extremely limited food options (that don't look anywhere NEAR as good as the cartoon food), there's NOTHING TO DO at this "theme park." There's plenty to BUY, I'll give them that, but this is simply the most boring theme park EVER. There's public PLAYGROUNDS that have way more fun things to do for family to do compared to Ghibli Park. This is an Instagram photo-ops park, that's really it. I couldn't believe how may children were saying out loud "It's boring", "I want to go home" and "I'm tired" and "can we leave?"

It's a very nice place, ever step is radiant, reflective or perfect and unique. This is a happy place, even for the half blind. Japan is lucky to have such nice mountains energy 🙏

Thank you so much for sharing! I was so lucky to get tickets to the museum when visiting Tokyo for the first time in early 2023. It’s my dream to visit Ghibli Park in 2025 if we can save up enough to go again. I am very lucky to have a patient husband who also enjoys some Ghibli films.

短編の上映を見ると10月に行かれたのですね。私もその月に行ったのですが、かなり混んでいました。空いていたのはうらやましい。リニモはモノレールではなく、リニアモーターカーですよ。予定されているリニア新幹線と同じ原理(磁気浮上システム)のやつです。日本初のリニアモーターカーになります。普通の電車とは不思議な感覚を味わえるかと思います。普段は沿線上の大学などの通学がメインになります。まだその路線には「小牧長久手の戦いの古戦場址」が見れる「長久手古戦場」という駅もあります。

지브리 영화를 좋아하는 사람은 꼭 가봐야 하는곳이 생겼네요. 디즈니 리조트나 오사카의 유니버설 스튜디오처럼 사람이 붐비지 않게 예약제를 시행하는것은 정말 잘한 정책이네요. 놀고 즐기는 테마파크가 아닌 지브리의 명작들을 추억하며 자신의 인생을 돌아보는 시간이 될수도 있겠네요. 영상 잘보고 갑니다.❤❤

ジブリパークって愛知万博会場の跡地を利用して出来たパークなんだよね。万博会場にあったトトロのさつきとめいの家が大阪万博の太陽のとうみたいな。新しく出来た。もののけ姫のエリアが見てみたい。もっと新しいエリアが増えていくのかなぁ。
