Hamburger stew as my mom used to call it but it is more soup consistency. 2lbs hamburger and salt and pepper and brown it, then add 2 cans any kind of green beans, 2 cans of any kind of tomatoes and then 4 cups of water and bring to a boil and add elbow macaroni to it. Cook until pasta is cooked. Serve with garlic toast or bread or rolls and a nice salad with ranch dressing and it is very filling and very quick. Can be made thicker like a stew by adding a slurry.

My husband and I don’t really celebrate Valentines Day but I do try to make a special dinner and a nice dessert. Tonight I have made lasagna roll ups with garlic Hawaiian rolls and made from scratch cheese cake with a homemade blueberry topping. Happy Valentines Day Valerie and Happy Birthday also.
