Happy Landing UNCUT 

One of the few HECKLE & HECKLE cartoons where the magpies didn't win but didn't exactly lose either.

Looey the Lion is featured in this 1949 Terrytoons cartoon with Heckle and Jeckle. He plays the owner of a last chance filling station ordered by a quick tempered airplane pilot to overhaul his plane but the two mischievous magpies systematically wreck it.

Originally released in June 1949. Dayton Allen provides most of the voices.

I had pretty much come to the conclusion that it was a hanging gag that was missing - what a silly arbitrary edit.
