+Djentleman Rody I guess that makes sense. If I tried to learn a language (which I plan to soon) I wouldn't want to have an accent because I feel like losing the accent symbolizes complete mastery of the language. Though I love hearing other people's accents when speaking English.

It's interesting, isn't it? Maybe if ASMR starts getting researched, scientists will be able to develop some credible theories why it seems to affect women more than men. As a gay dude, I wonder, too, how many of the men who watch are fellow mos. Research has shown gay men to have some brain physiology and chemistry more similar to straight women; maybe that would affect something like experience of ASMR?
