This came at the right time. I have moved through 62 years of challenges with my family of origin.. including the trauma of the holocaust and then a mother with mental illness and another family member with crack cocaine addiction and then alcoholism and then all my unmet needs for love and contact.. After 62 years of life and being a therapist for 40 of those years.. I can say today that I am HAPPY. It took me years and years.. to realize that GOD wants me to be happy. and to also love all my family members who are suffering and others.. but HAPPINESS is what god wants for us.. Happiness.. is our Birth right.. With all the history and trauma.. and all that we have been through. It is time to celebrate the AWE of Ha Shem's presence on the planet.. How awesome to get this feeling while I am alive.. Thank you.!!

I dig that the men have their 'team like' activities together because women are just too sexy and distracting to men and most men I think wouldn't get so far into developing themselves this way. I feel opposite ----this is joyful to watch that these men have a convivial feeling among comrades and a place to show it. It's super that they share...the warm feelings of friendship, closeness and loyalty.... Women are very respected and dance too....there's a time and place equally..but this is a collection of someone's vision of a slice of life. Super!

Totally agree, Eli. We were going with the "humorous contrast of Hasidic Dance" theme and actually tried secure footage of women dancing but couldn't really find anything. This style dance is mainly an all-male thing. Just a coincidence that you mainly see the inferior gender in the video. Just enjoy it!!! Happy Purim!

In the ultra Orthodox (They also have many streams), women wear long sleeves and tend to fully cover their body, it is not acceptable to have casual talks with men and limitations are for any kind of interaction between opposite sex.
