Yea I think this is Jason B, even though Mickey said he didn't know. It has his polished style to it for sure and he had to have some musical training because his tracks are all well composed.
This popped up as my "Next tune to be played" in youtube and I was thinking man this tune is a bit crappy compared to the previous hardcore tune I was listening too, then it kicks in at 1:00 and wow, awesome tune!
