HARASSMENT & ASSAULT REPORTED AT DIMAPUR RAILWAY STATION 

Every night one would see dozens of local phaltus roaming around railway platforms .I wonder if they even have a home.The.police should keep an eye on all these guys.

Educated local youth are doing jobs & well settled but failed youths are doing such activities in Dimapur from very beginning

My dad is a police n I’m a proud daughter for my dad occupation but the fact which is very disheartening is every time if anything happens will always blame the police(not saying it’s not their responsibility but they r some hardworking police who work their ass off n some corrupted r there too) but the thing is when my father comes come I can see the tirelessly in his eyes who work for hours n hours including night shift too. I can see that many people r bashing the police officer but remember they r human too for instance my dad regulate his work duty in such a humid weather place such as dmp n its impossible for the police to be always there 24x7 because they have their needs too so my humble request is stop always criticising police have empathetic feeling coz some people will just sit at home under fan n always blames the someone (especially police)

Police duty should be details such kind of location immediately

If the drug abuse is not controlled at an alarming rate. it's going to become a so much headache very soon. Situation is very critical.

This is the responsibility of the administration to give security to all publics 🙏

Any 90s uncle and aunty here Do u guys remeber during our old days back in dimapur we go for jogging in fly over bridge 3 am in the morning and there are flying scout very strict they chase as with their vehicle and point us with their arms( guns) Just want to say that during those days it waz very safe wat happen to dimapur diz days 😢 Where are all the flying scouts??

Main location / main junction should be keep secure by the security perssonells from 5 pm to 5 Am rotation duty with sufficent manpower

In Every corner CCTV need to be installed for safety of every public in this railway station area.

Requesting the concerned authority to deploy police personnel in the area where passersby face difficulties due to harassment and bullying by goons. Immediate action is needed to ensure public safety.

Police should question those youths just loitering in the train station premises at night. Passengers don't feel safe at night. One of my uncle belonging to Sumi community sadly passed away due to internal injury when he got robbed in the railway station ATM.

This kinda scenario is always the same, mostly honest commuters are often harassed, sometimes by the local miscreants and sometimes local auto drivers and local uncles, and many more. And the law enforcement watches from side ways. They wont do a thing voluntarily, they never escalates the traumatized honest local public. I know it sounds harsh, but brothers and sisters this is the reality today, here in Nagaland plus the discrimination is in another level. Whenever I go out of home, as a human being, I firstly try to accommodate polite personality with anyone I encounter, because I believe someday people will do the same with my father, brother, sister and mother, is it not. But its difficult to tame animals eh, puria likha manu khan he bishi wala gunda kuria dikhi pai thakey, koiley toh- jhagara kuriboley agey ulai, they have got enough time to create nuisance of their atrocities and illegal activities, but wont learn good ideologies and enhancing skills for life's up-gradation. Its super hard to even convey the meaning of this message to them. I just pray that may innocent person never encounter this kinda yankees again. But its inevitable isn't it, they are everywhere, many of this kinda people wants a job where they have heavy-salary packages with their zero skills, and they say its governments fault, there are so many people built their lives remaining in extreme poverty with their extreme hard works, will they (yankees) even understand the meaning of hard-earned-labour, do they.?!

If we look at the fact , in any state or nation , where there is corruption and poverty , there will be crimes ......we cannot entire blame the govt , the hinderance in our state is , we have four govt , viz the state govt , tribal hohos who interfere in every law making decisions , naga political groups (UG) and the church headed by NBCC who poke nose at legislative rather than focusing in spritual job. When there is no revenue, there will be no opportunity, when there is no opportunity , more crimes will produce.
