I'd like to point out that Sellars TOOLBOX brand shop towels aren't exclusive to Harbor Freight. They're also available at Menards, Home Depot and Lowe's. I have only used Sellars TOOLBOX shop towels before as it's the only brand sold at Menards. I have the dispenser from HF also, and I've never had an issue with it. The only way I can see an issue with the dispenser is if someone mistakenly threads it using the towels from outside the roll instead of from the center. I have it hung upside down on my shed door and another in my garage. I thought the rags didn't hold up very well the last time I used them, so I will check out the Scott brand shop towels. I think I might be able to fit the box dispenser towels into the plastic Sellars dispenser, certainly worth a try. Home Depot sells both brands with the Scott priced just a little higher on average. As an aside, Home Depot has the Sellars TOOLBOX brand white rags plastic dispenser and refills available in stores by me. The refills are cheaper than Harbor Freight by two dollars and the dispenser is cheaper by one dollar.
