Thank you for all the straight forward reviews. Don’t take this the wrong way but my wife and I love your videos becasue you’re “normal.” No product placement, no cringe-music, no instagram poses. My wife looks for two things when we go to a Marriott resort: the pool and the restaurants. You always hit on both of those. Thank you!

It is a nice resort. The rooms are probably up to the Sheraton Standard, but the property is great and access to Atlantis is even better. Thanks for watching!

We have stayed there 3 times. Love facilities at Atlantis. Only downside is that the pool is often very cold and the pools close too early.

Is there a boat shuttle that can take people to the main Atlantis resort? I heard the walk to get there is quite long. How long did you find it?

There is a shuttle that we didn't take. We walked out through the front of the resort through the Marina Village. It was probably about a 15 minute walk to get over to the Royal Tower. The Marina Village shops are not very far at all.

Do you know if you do an exchange through II if you still have to pay the utility/energy surcharges? I can't seem to find that information anywhere. By the way, I would be trading my Marriott week for Harborside.

I am not aware of a utility/energy surcharge for timeshare based reservations at Harborside Resort at Atlantis. I beleive that message you see in the booking flow in the II website is standard for all their resorts. We stayed on a StarOption reservation and there were no extra fees and I know many people that have stayed on II exchanges and none have indicated such fees. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

Are bracelets to Atlantis placed on your wrist by staff? Can you tell me the process.

I don't remember exactly if they put them on our wrist. You go to the pool towel hut to pick them up and I believe they will only give them out to people who are physically there. When we went it was just the two of us. We will be back again in May and will get more details on how it works. Thanks for watching.

With the state department's recent warning regarding safety visiting Nassau, do you think it is safe to visit Harborside ?

We are booked for a trip this May and won't be cancelling. These warnings are general in nature and in most cases the violence doesn't target tourists. I am sure that plenty of cruise ships will still be going to Nassau this year. Be vigilant, don't wander around out at night and stay safe. Kind of what you would need to do in most places while traveling.

I am not sure what resort you are referring to. Harborside is located next to Atlantis Bahamas and is still open and operational.

The Beach Tower that’s connected to Atlantis? Pharrell bought it and it’s being renovated and supposedly given a music theme. Will still be managed by Atlantis.

@@DestinationTimeshare From what I remember, it’s located between Harborside and Marina Village. It looks like an abandoned timeshare property. Green pool, overgrown weeds and broken sliding doors that reveal 80s decor in the rooms.
