The aircraft operations manual calls for a firm touchdown. Nothing wrong with that, it didn't even bounce.

If it was hard, the plane would've bounced off the ground. That's a very firm landing

It might sounds weird.. but me personally really love hard landing cuz I feels like in a rally car or something always jumping on terrible road. Doesn't feel boring

He flopped that bird down. The landing gear are actually heavy-duty shock absorbers. Back over a decade ago I use to work at a manufacturing company machining Landing gear in Cleveland OH,. Formerly Cleveland Pneumatic then purchased by Goodrich Landing gear now in SC. Guys would say, it's no big thing, for they only use it twice each flight 😮
