The spa was great! The excursion sales booth was alil limited due to the restrictions, but they also offered some discounts. Check out our Isla Mujeres video, that was an excursion we booked with the hotel.
We thought the food was pretty good. I would recommend making a reservation at the Zen Restaurant for the hibachi grill! That was our favorite. The steak restaurant was good and the Italian restaurant was what you would expect. The bbq chicken pizza at the pool restaurant was good too. The room service menu had alot on it as well! I think you will enjoy the restaurants there.
mask on indoors unless you were eatting/drinking, the pool area is outside so it was easy to social distance without a mask. When we went, there was no dancing, they played music by the pool but that was about it.
I would say, due to Covid, alot of the "party" aspects in the hotel were closed! I would recommend looking at their schedule for the dates you plan on being there, to see if they have any events. It was more of a chill vibe then a party one. The club area in Cancun was popping though. Maybe even look into the hotel called Temptations.
