Hard truth: Job security is a lie
we all think its safer to work for someone. but is it really?
it's not.
I look at it like this.
who would i rather bet on?
would i rather trust someone else to take care of my future or myself?
if you rely on an employer you give them the power.
if you rely on you, you have to learn to self manage, be disciplined and learn new skills.
both are hard.
Choose your hard.
Don’t get me wrong, we need employees more than we need entrepreneurs.
I’m not against working a job. I did it for 15 years.
My point is that job security is a lie.
