Hello my fam, let's make hardbody chicken. This chicken was mouthwatering ok.
here's how I made it.
Ingredients:
Hardbody chicken
1 onion chopped.
1 grated tomato
Bell peppers
1 chicken stock pot (Knorr or any brand that you have)
Water
2 cups of chicken stock (that was kept aside)
1 Tbsp of six gun or chicken spice or all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Cut your hardbody into desired pieces and add water to fill the pot.
2. Add 1 tbsp Six-gun spice or chicken spice or all-purpose seasoning.
3. Cover with a lid and cook for 1hour 30 minutes on medium heat.
4. After 1 hour 30 minutes, pour the remaining stock into a separate container and set it aside.
5. In the same pot, drizzle oil, add 1 chopped onion and bell peppers.
6. Add 1 tsp six-gun, or (chicken spice or all-purpose spice) 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1 tsp turmeric spice.
7. Add 1 grated tomato
8. Add 1 stock pot of chicken stock as well as 2 cups of the remaining stock from earlier and 2 cups of water.
9. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. Please keep adding water until your chicken is nice and soft.
10. Note: the chicken stock pot will ensure that your meat doesn’t get diluted from adding all the water.
11. Serve with rice or pap or steamed bread.
