Nom nom. Chicken (Oxuxwa) cooked the traditional way is my favorite. Here in Namibia we use oil made from the Marula fruit as a sauce. It's so delish! Did you eat it with spinach greens & pap?
@@MrsRadd Yes. In our language it's called Odjove, but I have no idea if it's sold in stores in Zimbo. A brother and his company who produce it commercially in Namibia where I'm from produce it in two varieties, one "cloudy" which is the traditional variant of it (it is not filtered, so it's got some of the pulp of the fruit in it), and then he also sells a filtered version of it that looks kind of like olive oil as well. So you got: Chicken You put : Salt Curry powder Bristo Poured water and sunk you chicken Boil for two hours Then Put oil( so it doesn’t stick) Followed by two tomatoes( but you are cooking two birds) and onion Once tomato plus onion cooked Add bistro plus usavi mix Let it cook and add a tiny bit of water and cook to level of gravy you like. Boom it’s lovely I tried it sisi. You know your food story.
