Ashley is very Judgemental. She hired an employee she had to fire the employee. She didn't get along with the employee. She didn't ask her Dad or Seth. She says to her Dad Ashley is the Manager of the Jewellery Dept.

They talked about in the episode how he fell on hard times after his retirement from hockey. And since he was such an icon in Detroit, and he also expressed interest in becoming a pawnbroker, they hired him.
@@Misery7531 Majority of this show was A. Guests would be asked to come to the store with an item(s) at a certain controlled time like we see in this clip, or B. Some type of scripted clip to make the show entertaining. I personally know two people who were asked to go on the show for an item, and a third person who had a scripted stunt.
