@@srikrsnadas2564 Yes I know, I am just saying that the literal meaning of Das is just servant. We r all his servants ultimately, but we can also be servant of his servant, just like Hanuman Das means Servant of Hanuman (दासानुदास) Hare Krishna.
It's no easy to walk in the path of Bhakti and devotion.🙏 The ultimate/real devotee of Shri Krishna has strength n determination to walk in this path. 🙏🌺Hare Krishna🌺🙏
Practically I have experienced that this Krishna Consciousness Movement, or to present the philosophy of the Bhagavad-gita As It Is, can solve all problems of the world. It is specifically the responsibility of the Indians, after realizing the philosophy themselves, and I think if such realized souls go to various parts of the world and preach this Krishna Consciousness Movement in every nook and corner of the world, there will be a great renaissance.

@@lakshacc5954 what is there to be proud of... We are nothing...just space dust stuck in a spinning ball floating aimlessly in space... We live for a while and die... If you meditate you will know how big a zero you are... Infact it is called enlightenment.... Once you are enlightened you love and care for all other hopeless zeros like you....
So original and so very touching ; almost unbelievable; the agony of the parents versus the happiness derived from chanting the name of God in the son. The worldly way of life is not for everyone. Hare Krishna !

A english person----- why don't you wear a good clothes to look like a gentle man Swami Vivekanand (indian)---- in your country people become gentle man by clothes but in our country in our Hindu culture people become gentle man from character and knowledge
Holding onto 'ANGER' is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die - Gautam Buddha such a wisdom..🙏 Huge respect to these hare rama hare krishna devotees. Although I'm Hindu myself, it really astonishing to see these devotees being so happy and feel so complete without any comforts and worldly pleasures. I always wanted to experience the peace they feel but can't dare to let go my regular life. It's a very tuff call and need high self control.
Bhagavad-gītā says, kleśaḥ adhikataras teṣām avyaktāsakta-cetasām [Bg. 12.5]. Kleśa, that "Trouble is more." We can meditate upon Kṛṣṇa immediately. We are constantly seeing Kṛṣṇa here. So as soon as I close my eyes, I see Kṛṣṇa. That is not very difficult. Anything you see, you'll be able to immediately have the form within your heart. Immediately. So there is no difficulty, but they will create some difficult task. Therefore Bhagavad-gītā, kleśaḥ adhikataras teṣām. To fix up the mind on Vāsudeva, or Viṣṇu, that is also difficult. But those who are trying to fix up their mind on zero, their position is more difficult, adhikataram. Adhikataram means "more." So people are voluntarily accepting some nonsense method, and they are not happy. That is their misfortune. Misfortune. Narādhama. The..., everything is there, but because they do not know... Duṣkṛtina, narādhama. Duṣkṛtina, duṣkṛtinameans misfortunate, or always engaged in sinful activities. They'll not meditate upon Vāsudeva; they'll meditate on something, some color, some zero, or something like that. We do not know what kind of meditation there is.
I think the son handled his parental disapproval with grace, most people would start to get angry but then you realize that it's just ignorance that's clouding the other person's mind. That is true compassion for others.
Its really epic to see that young guy rejoicing and embracing Sanatana/Krishna, its really hard to leave all comforts and wealths of the world and your family. But he could have greeted his family well like hugging them and touching their feet.
Keya Bhalla . Well one can only detect light if they know what darkness is. One can only know comfort of they know what suffering is. If u realize that this life and death process is constant suffering only then u would be attracted towards the true comfort (moksha). All other worldly comforts are temporary. Its all an illusion. And ya I agree with u he should have greeted his parents by touching their feet. Jai Shree Krishna 🙏
that's mere bs..Hindu never preaches their religion bcuz Hinduism is not a religion itself..let people do believe to whomsoever they want..Geeta never teaches you to hate others just bcuz of their beliefs.
you don't need to leave home until your family members create hindrance in the bhakti. If you are thinking about sanyas then also the permission of parent is required.
abhay gupta It's freewill bro. Permission of parents is another thing. But if you really want to go and parents disagree then is that any good? Because no one will allow their son to leave the house unless they are tired of their son asking and crying about it.
She Singh to be a sanyasi its absolutely required. Even you have to beg from them. If you haven't received anything from them you can not be a sanyasi. You need to keep trying until you get some. To do normal bhakti its not.

Hare Krishna, spirituality means humanity, love, peace, joy and happiness. There you find real meaning of the life. This is the gift of sanatan hinduism to the world. Hare Krishna, God bless you.
This video giving everything to me... peace respect, prosperity, self satisfaction.... be a monk always but do all your work that's why we come to this beautiful world...Hare Rama Hare Krishna...
West meets East here. I remember the Krishnas when I was growing up. Everybody thought they were brainwashed into a cult. You can tell the father is angry and putting guilt on the son for leaving their world, which is full of brainwashing for a materialistic lifestyle. So ironic. Instead of being proud of their son for living a righteous life, they're downing him and angry about his choice. We fear and hate what we don't understand.
But indian parents feel proud if son does the same thing and that has saved our culture from so many years of invasion and destruction from Western and Muslim world
I am sorry R.K the tutor I am software engineer And after my studies I join as a full time monk ,brahmacharya life in this organization, put my parents for 3 to 4 years was totally angry with me ,and use to scold me for my decision but I was strict to my decision thus by lords mercy, they have now accepted it ,because they don't have any other option. Today's India is not the one which it was before ,people are becoming more and more materialistic and just want to please there senses, they go to even temple to just pray to fullfil their material desires rather thanking lord for so much things he gave. And for more conviction of how much parents r happy if there son join the life of monk for service to humanity u can type on RU-vid "Maa baap bade ya bhagvan on NDTV" this show is in Hindi, Well just shared the reality Sorry if u felt any thing bad. Hope u in good health.🙂🙏

that was cool though i think he should give his mother a kiss and allow her to call him by the name she gave him. Its too much to expect a parent to stop the way of affection they have shown you for your whole life, and it often puts them off Krsna conciousness . Haribol!
She understood, and why waste time in all the social etiquette he has already left. If she didn't feel his love she didn't need a kiss to prove anything.
Ppl these days kiss ppl randomly on streets and to random ppl for one night sex.. Is this love and affection? 😂🤣 so no need to kiss and hug to show ur love. Love is felt without being physical through ur emotions😊 Hare Krishna😇
It's a matter of concern that a fair bit of the Indian youth feel embarrassed or think it's unfashionable to be practicing one's faith whereas in the west people in general including the seeking youth are turning to India and Eastern philosophy and comfortably taking up Indian spiritual paths!
One thing to be admired the most about such people is that you need to have guts to be one of them. You know it might sound or seem very easy but when it comes to you then you understand. It's a painstaking job sir. A job which asks for a lot of sacrifices.

It's devotees own choice . But this are outfit of Brahmacharya , he (as shown) is a Bramachary not a simple devotee . The common out fit encourage Maya(along with 6 ripu Kaama, Krodha , Lobha, Moha, Mad, Macharya) to engulf you . By the way I am engulfed with Maya everyday 😁
@Vishnujana Dasa l agree with you..l am a Hare krishna and am laid back...There are still some very intense devotees around of course...Great to be in KC though.Hari Bol...
@Vishnujana Dasa that's so true. In the early days we were fanatical about everything. We had the teachings but we didn't have the maturity of an experience devotee. We never say hi to people. We only said Hare Krishna. I can go on and on with hilarious stories about our early inmature days. LOL
Man its hard enough be born A westerner to be A vegan. Because cows are exploited l can't enjoy dairy. So l have girlfriend, drink red wine and eat garlic n onions ,drink coffie and enjoy passion .l chant but l don't think l could ever be A good devotee in this lifetime ;not me. Chanting dosent change me yet to do better. I am messed up in Maya asking for strength and desire to be with the lord .My passion is strong my will broken.
I'm watching from India , we don't have these types of very influential TV series here . Great acting and the environment is just great, he gets the Prasad , sits down and tastes it , then her mother brings the sticks to support her son what he is doing .. very heart touching.

We totally understand the parents. Even Shankaracharya's mother did not readily accept him becoming a sanyaasi. This is totally different for any parent from a different practice.
