Lord Krishna never told chant peace mantra/say no voilence when something wrong is happening in front of your eyes. Infact he told Arjuna (as in metaphorically to a humanbeing) to stand up, fight for what is right. protect dharma no matter what the outcome is. the result is not in your hand do your duty as a human being protect the innocent, protect dharma, protect who are week and do the right to wrong it is your Karma( here the meaning changes as there are different interpretations Karma, Kharma, Prarabda; karma is what you do means your duty, Kharma is the result of what you did earlier and you need to face the consequences, prarabdh means which is the result of your deeds in present and past life and what the creator destined you for) Lord Krishna was always at peace , he fought wars he killed demons but he was always at peace as he was only doing it cause it is what he is supposed to do. It is his karma that he need to perform and fulfil his destiny as this incarnation of Krishna. Now a days people are giving the name of peace to cowardness and trying to hide behind the name of non voilence and peace. Gandhi was great person but, his preaching was misinterpreted to this generation and making them cowards who cannot stand for themselves and fight(fight means may not be phisical but to raise voice against the evil/wrong/oppression/inequality/self respect)

I am having trouble surrendering to Krsna, I think I am too rational for my own good and never had any religious upbringing at all. Chanting, service, but still not progressing. In Sanskrit, Devata means-" the one who is enlightened already , and enlightens other , and only gives to others without any expectations. So please ! God takes form when he wants .. he is not outside his creation.. he is one with them.. and he never wants him to be called by a specific name (he doesn't have ego) and never wants to hurt people/ or any other creature in his name. It is religion that has ego .. and religious leaders with motivated agendas who benefit from growth of a religion rather than growth of goodness. Even im not a spiritual person... but to the best of my knowledge, he takes forms to establish dharma (its not like he decides one fine day... but it is a natural process of restroring balance when evil starts to increase beyong a limit) .. he is in every organism and creation.. only ahankara, prevents us from realizing it.. karma has to be balanced after realization and then we can merge with the goodness part of universe (god) and attain tranquil state.. but to do everything we need spirituality and to get that we need to do our duties in most righteous way (even in the face of hardships and temporary injustice) and never lose hope in goodness and righteousness. It's not as easy as it sounds practically in a world engulfed by illusions (maya), pain (especially due to delayed justice in kali yuga) ,sensory distractions.. so self discipline (opting what is right to what we like) is the basic principle. So always assign good qualities to God or places of workship.. if u assign bad qualities like ego, hatered and violence to a God, then when it accumulates exponentially , it might threaten its own followers (though it might give what u need materialistically or ur fulfill ur wishes as it is powerful but deviates u from spiritual path) as good always wins over evil. I would only like to tell him.. no God has ego and prescribes unethical practices like harming and killing to establish his supremacy
