Hargassner, founded in 1984 as a manufacturer of wood-burning heating systems, today has become a full-service provider for biomass heating.
The requirements of Hargassner were clear from the beginning: an automatic process, from the blanks leaving the store to the final parts stacked on a rack. In order to have maximum flexibility, the highest possible process reliability, and extremely high production speed.
Thanks to the new P4 panel bender integrated with a previously existing store, this Austrian company has been able to:
- produce just-in-time while increasing the output
- run the machine automatically and unmanned during the night shift
- free up staff time for other tasks
- produce profiles directly on the machine using the CUT option
