Tried this for the first time today (without the beans and with fried mushrooms) with mashed potatoes dripping with butter and sweetcorn. At first I kind of liked it but by the time I'd finished it I rated it 8/10. Utterly delicious!

if you are interested in making this dish check episode 6 the above leaves out cinnamon, preserved lemon ,dried apricots and uses chick peas

This sounds good but, I am extremely allergic to onions and slightly allergic to cabbage and squash. Any ideas what to use instead of onions? Also, what is “mild rose harissa past”? For the cooking temperature, was that 145 Celsius or Fahrenheit?

+Nik Rawat can't eat anything in onion family. Don't enjoy going to emergency room. 😳
