Ingredients required for this recipe:-
Step 1 Chicken Marination:-
Chicken 800 gms
Salt according to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Zerra powder 1 tbsp
Coriender powder 1 tbsp
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Yougurt 1 cup
Marinate the Chicken
Step 2:- Green paste
Spinach 100 gms
Coriender 100 gms
6 Green chillies
Make smooth paste
Step 3:- Cashew paste
2 tbsp Cashew nuts and make smooth paste .
Step 4:- Gravy
80 ml Oil
Black pepper corns 1 teaspoon
3 Cardamoms
1 bay leaf
4 cloves
2 medium chopped onion
Marinated Chicken
Green paste
Cashew paste
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
