What a great overview man, this is a wonderful video. This did a much better job selling me on the product than any of Harley Benton's videos, and I already bought the item (which should be coming in today for me). Definitely seems like a decent product, even with the limitations of effects and not having a touch screen. Excited to see for myself how I like the product. But again wonderful overview.
This was really usefull! I am considering either this or the NuX MG30. This video has kind of convinced me that the Harley Benton pedal might be more up my alley.

It would be a great purchase if the IRs loaded in it sounded the same as when u use them with the pc... hope they will fix this asap. The midi comunication is a great addition for that price range
Great video! I've been thinking of getting this unit for gigging, but I read on a comment somewhere that there's a sound cutoff whenever you switch pressets, which is not ideal for live settings. Have you had this issue?

I just tested it (Videos on YT) and liked the sound surprisingly. Which sound i surprisingly don't like (at least right out of the Box) is the new Valeton GP200. Both are similiar price, so far i like the Harley Benton more, although the Valeton has waaaayyyyy more options.
Imho the signal.chain stricht limitations are a pro not a cons, i mean for this price category, the hardware Is not the greatest Ever, and more functions or a free signal chain would mean stressing top much the dsp. This.is a manufacturing choice that allows the dsp ti work Better on sound quality, instead.of having a worst sound quality and more functionality. In fact most of the ppl say ampero (and HB) has a Better sound quality compared to the same price range multifx. If u consider for ex valeton gp200, compared to HB or ampero, It has gr8 functionality but the sound quality.is not as.good as HB or ampero. Plus the limitations of the HB ampero signal chain are not that bad for MOST of the users, because they respect 80% of a normale user signal chain. Ofc It could be limitant for hard experimentations or Guitar nerds.
Hi guys, I'd like to ask owners of DNAfx GiT Pro about looper. I'm happy with soundshaping possibilities and IN/OUT connectivity. My main goal is to use it as a songbuilding tool with drums, one basic layer with guitar pitched down as a bass, keyboard or backing track into aux in and a rhythm guitar layer on top of it. First of all, it has undo/redo, but can I erase overdubbed layer and then after one bar restore it? I haven't found any info about loop itself can be pre effects or post, but I want different layers with different sounds as i mentioned above, is it possible? Does the looer still plays when I left looper mode to change the tone of the guitar? Does the loop is synced with drums in lenght? Can I stop the drums for one bar and then play them again in sync? The same goes for the looper itself, to stop looper and left only drums playing and after some time start synced loop again. Is there any precount before the recording starts, like half bar of intro drums and then it starts recording? Can you program switches to mute aux in? And lasty, ar the drumloops one 16 bar beats, or they are more complex? Currently I have Zoom g5 and I'm thinking about upgrading it. From the featurs it has pretty advanced looper, but it's not in sync, you have to match the start point with the drums. This is unacceptable on stage. Also, the drumloops are simple and there is only 40 of them. Cheers and thanks!
Excellent - thank you for such a detailed review. A question : could I record directly into Garageband on a Mac form this unit via the usb cable or would I have to go from one of the OUTS on this unit into a mixer which would then connect to the Mac? Thanks.

It looks interesting ... my question is about usability during a live... my zoom has 3 footswitch for the patches and 2 pedals to change bank ( forward and backward) how can I change bnak with Git Pro quickly ? without usign my hands ? :)
If you want to use with an amp of course your can use it for FX only creating the routing your want...you can create routing using in fron pedals and fx loop pedals
what a a shame, i would be all over it f it did, the boss gt1000 has an amazing acoustic simulator that i can jump straight to when i need to play anything unplugged, i was hoping to use this little rig as an alternatve but it seems not, thank you for telling me

@@MadSteex Thanks for your quick response! I ask because I currentky use the Line6 PodGo and when used as just a pedal board (with no Amp nor IR/cab emulation and going straight in to the front of my Amp) the sound is not good in my opinion, it sort of degrades the natural tone of the Amp...a lot! It's like all these emulators are optimised to be used with a FRFR powered cabs...which forces us to buy one if you want to use it live on stage!
@@ChrisDeJuanMusic Be sure to create the correct routing, using the send and return plug of the multieffects pedalboard...so in this way you can enter with dynamic effects in fron of the amp and connect the modulation effects in the send and return of the amp, in this way you should have great correct sound.

I tried with no success...need to look in to it again! 👍🏼 If this is really possible I think I'd def purchase one of these HB emulators to integrate in my analogue rig as just a multi effects pedal board with great connectivity (stereo effects loop, aux in, stereo out to connect to 2 real amps simultaneously...) @@ChrisDeJuanMusic to properly use 4cm with your pod go you need to add an fx loop block into the chain in your pod go. Put it at the very end of the chain
Hi! As a pedalboard for Marshall DSL20 combo on 4 cable method - will it sound good? I need more compact pedalboard that can do settings for a lot of covers.
@@MadSteex the thing is DSL use trs cable for amp Control, and I will either change channel or tunrn fx loop off :-) but if sounds are good I think I will give it a try! Thanks a lot
Does it have an acoustic amp model? And also, how good are the reverbs? I am trying out an Ampero mp100, which has a nice acoustic preamp model, but the reverbs are not good.
I'm a bit of a noob in this pedal department but do you know if it's possible to just use this pedalboard in your pc ( windows OS) and if so, do you know if there's any noticeable sound delay? If the delay would be really minimal and it'd be possible to use this just with the pc I'd pretty much get this

Hey man, I know this is an old video but I have a question....can I set one tone, lets say the one saved on button A, to trigger my amp channel switch? Or can this be used just in the "live" mode?thanks
I think the behavior of the buttons change accordingly on where page you are on the menu so if you are in the live mode it will behave like for example a channel switch…but if you are in other pages and modes can act differently
@@MadSteex ok thanks, but can I do a preset and teach him to trigger the amp channel switch? and save it for example on A or B? Im interested to see if I can save 2 preset one that use my amp distorted channel and one clean....I cant find a video that show this feature so it might not be possible :)
