This bike is in high demand dont listen to the b.s. others are saying! I just ordered mine 2 weeks ago. I cant wait only thing i dont like on it is the factory pipes but hey thats an easy change and well worth it!
What potential buyers need to understand is that Harley Davidson stopped production of the Breakout several years ago, except for the export market, due to low sales. They are currently severely limiting production of the Breakout and adding 50% over MSRP to create the false impression that these models are in demand. The fact is, I have never seen any Breakout (any year) in the wild or at any dealership. So paying $30k (aka $10k in negative equity) on a weekend toy is something only an imbecile would do. That and it's fairly likely that H-D will (once again) drop the Breakout from the lineup in which case if you have one you will find that obtaining parts could be problematic. And especially aftermarket parts since no one is going to invest in products targeted at a tiny consumer base. H-D is focusing their energy on mobility tricycle and CVO sales. Essentially dimwits with bad credit who see no problem taking out a $50k, 8 year loan on a weekend toy. $20k out the door, which is the MSRP amd ~ $2,500 USD dealer profit would make the Breakout attractive to me. But the MoCo's greed and arrogance has me on the sidelines waiting to see what their 2023 sales and profit numbers look like come this Winter.
At 66.. I’m thinking 💭 GeeZus 🥹 I’ve owned a 900cc Black Kawasaki Eliminator back in the day (1994+) and later the Suzuki M109 Ltd. So a new .. 117 BreakOut wouldn’t be much different 🤜🤛🏽 Let’s go‼️
Beautiful Bike ! I just came across your channel in my feed actually. I'm happy to support you and other fellow moto content creators. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you in the future ; keep up the great work and ride safe out there.
12:20 Guess i'm nuts...I tore my '23 Breakout down with 0.00 miles to put Star 30/30 cam, 5.5 injectors, Freedom Turnout 2 into 1 exhaust on. Loved that so much I tore it down again to put a 132" S&S Big Bore on it....N0W she moves like I like it! 😝 Love the bike!
A lovely machine, devoid of electronic rubbish, a proper bike with character. Sadly, way out of most folks affordability ( And mine !) at over £24k in the U.K. Looks well made, too. Anyway, nothing wrong with dreaming…?
I agree, it’s a great bike and I loved riding it!! It certainly turns heads!! I could never afford or justify buying it unless I won the lottery!! As you say, we can all dream!
Hi, great bike, I am 5'9 and i ride kawasaki vulcan 900 custom, and thinking about upgrading to breakout, do you think that it will be to much of bike for me to handle?
Hi Stojan, it was ok for me and I’m 5’6. Regarding the power of the bike, obviously it’s a lot more than your Kawasaki but the power is easy to handle and very manageable. If you’ve got experience riding then I don’t think it will be any issue for you. The seat height is so low and all the weight is low down so again, easy to handle. It’s a fantastic bike and I would recommend it if you like the style of it! Good luck and let me know!
I own a 2023 breakout. I’m 6’2” and it fits me just fine. I’m sure you’ll be fine on one, if not you can modify it to fit you. It’s my second bike with my first being a Kawasaki Z1000. It took me a tiny while to get used to turning the bike, it’s more difficult when you’re going slow. It’s a great bike though and I absolutely love it. The throttle is super responsive and it has a lot more torque than the kawi. Thing absolutely goes when you punch it in a straight line.
