One can see you riding reflected on the back of the passing lamp - we get two views at once- clever camera work!

Those lights are like little convex mirrors. Purely accidental though. I rarely do anything clever on purpose 😆

I just bought a 2017 heritage. Anyone know what the switch is for under the passing lamp switch? I've flipped it a few times but I'm not seeing it do anything.

Pretty sure that is an "accessory" switch that is not stock. It could be for anything. Perhaps even something the previous owner removed prior to selling the bike.
