I've had a BMW R1200GS for 16 years then went for something a bit lower as I'm getting older so I bought a BMW R1250R. I have always been curious about Harleys and wanted to see what they were all about so last year I had a test ride on a Sport Glide. It was so comfortable and I went away thinking that I need to have a much longer ride on that bike so I bought one at the beginning of this year. It is just such a lovely bike to ride, a different style of riding and I absolutely love it. Both my BMW and the Harley are just great bikes in their own rights and I can truly recommend anyone trying out a Harley Sport Glide and I guarantee that you will be surprised. A great review and I enjoyed that.
I also had from 2006 a brand new bmw RT1200r for 17 years and after a surgery i done in my neck my feet went weak so im almost two years without a ride and my doctor still say a NO BIKES but i went for visit somewhere in north Sweden and this guy told me to ride his bike just a test he had a 2014 hd heritage man i took back my balls instantly i fell in love.,i mean it's so fk low. So anyway i totally get you im 48 now and im really in searching the right model!
Very interesting when doing my motorcycle apprenticeship our theory was all done at the BMW dealership as they handle better than any bike. To hear a BMW man say he loves the feel of a Harley then my new purchase of a sports glide is on the right track 👍
Great bike I bought 2021 brand new now have stage 2 s&s 475 cam amongst many other upgrades has never missed a beat great all round bike anyone that want the best of both worlds the sport glide is it
Hi I come from an HD iron ( that was an excellent and funny bike but a little small to me, 5,97f, 182cm) and then I bought an Indian Chief dark horse bobber (Excellent torque but really heavy to handle especially in corners) Now I am undecided between two models that I have tested, this sport glide and the street bob. Street Bob I found it uncomfortable on my legs but I did have a feeling on my Iron, this is the look that I like the most and it fills my heart but when I tried the Sport Glide I noticed that it was the most comfortable and easy to handle motorcycle for all the timeless and great look that it has, I felt like Arnold haha, but it's true that that handlebar It's the complete opposite of what I'm used to, it's a bit retro from the 40s, allow me, old man. If I let my brain guide me I would choose the Sport Glide but I'm afraid my heart always pushes me more and I bought the Street Bob. And what do you think? It would be a help!
Great vlog mate , I got my eye on one of these, and totally agree with you. very versatile bike which in reality Harleys they are either one or the other, with this you get options. ATB from UK
Have a 2021 model with Stage 1 and Vance and Hines big radius. 27,000klms since new and never missed a beat. 6 hour rides are a breeze and it’s a very comfy cruiser/tourer. Probably my last bike and it will see out my riding days.
I’m always watching Harley reviews, before purchasing my first one. I absolutely love the look of the fat boy and how iconic it is, but the handling concerns me. Would you recommend the sport glide over the fat boy? Thanks
I was analyzing your RU-vid channel. Your video quality is very good and you make very good videos. But not doing SEO on your video is not increasing the views for which the video is not going viral and you are not promoting your video on social media. This is why you struggle with organic channel monetization, organic views, and revenue. Here are the issues I found: Title, description, video tags, channel tags, and video SEO are not performed on your videos. This is why your RU-vid channel is not growing. It is possible that if you fully customize your channel, the video will go viral.
