I have a 2022 model of this bike. What's really a lot of fun is to really wack the throttle and experience that runaway freight train feeling. Most fun Harley I've ever owned.
An engine that pulls from really low down makes for a nice relaxing ride. Out and out power isn't always a great thing if the power is right at the top of the rev range.
Same here about Harley-Davidson, I never imagined myself on a Harley before this year, thankfully Watford Harley-Davidson have let me go out and test rides 5 different bikes and some of them have just made me fall in love with the brand. Personally I love the street and sport glides, I would own one of those in a heartbeat 🤘you just can’t beat that grunt from a Harley 🤘without question it looks the real deal, just not a fan of spoke wheels at all 😬 I like the self cancelling indicators but I hate that the left and right indicators are on each side of the handlebars rather than just the left side, really confuses me and to click the right indicator whilst on the throttle is a tad difficult
Yes I'm a convert. I just couldn't access them before. I like the indicater tbh. Makes sense they are like that for me but I can see why it's not for everyone👍🍻
That bike would be a once a week bike. Not a daily driver. Not a commuter.. Parked most days here .Take it out on a day off if it's nice and weather permitting.. No off roads or lanes out in the country. Just go on a nice day to the country on a good smooth road. Visit friends at the coffee shop on a weekend.
Yeap, the nicer parts of biking although the bigger lanes it will do nicely. I would be happy commuting on it and for me it could be a daily rider, but it would be a fair whether rider for me granted👍🍻
I’m lucky enough to have one and I love it however be aware the back breaks are shocking feels like your trying to break using a dry sponge thank god the front breaks are ok. It’s got a clutch cable cmon Harley should really be hydraulic by now. Finally it feels like a rigid bike the suspension isn’t good at all. However as we all know good old Harley sells the upgrades to improve the points made so it can be put right for a substantial price. That being said though it is great fun to ride it sounds great it preforms very well. You can have a chilled cruise or a serious blast just get use to your breaking distances first. I would definitely buy another but just be aware of the upgrades that you may want to add to make it a perfect bike. It’s not to far off.
I’m sold on looks and torque. Wow that’s got some grunt. Not something I would buy unless I won the lottery, but I’d love a good go on one. Slightly envious ER. Another enjoyable review 👍🏼
So the question is, should I sell my 2022 3 week old Royal Enfield Classic 350 and get one of these 🤣It's a great little bike but find any more than 20min on it and searching for the quickest route home... The ergonomics I'm finding very odd and wasn't apparent on test.
Funny you say that, I felt simular to you. I have the review coming up today and it didn't blow me away like the 500 did. And it just felt a bit flat to me. The HD was alot of fun but of course the budget is alot bigger as well.
The last "new" motorcycle I bought was a 1994 Harley Davidson Dyna Lowrider. Still have it, still runs great. Bought a 2022 Street Bob, ( mine's prettier, it's red ...) A few weeks ago. Love it!
Well, You really made me sit up this evening and watch, your channel i really respect but with an H-D? Yup, where's this going? have they made a nice neat bike for Europe at last with all our requirements so long taken to develop which even the Japanese dialled into automatically??? Nope, still lumps of pig-iron costing buckets and drinking Texas oil-wells dry, the dinosaur continues its death throes!! Still, your appreciation really did perk me up right to the end and then you gave out the specs and, ????????????? Thank you very much anyway for all your hard-work, hopefully someone will really enjoy so at least i can put a sight on one!
I do like these bikes and in that colour too. I’d love to get my hands on one…….but it’s just that price, too many££££££,s Excellent and informative review - thanks👍
I'm a bit late to the party but it didn't spoil my enjoyment 👍😀 Saddlebags 73 and interest in the Harley brought me here, you're honest enthusiastic review made me want more. I've subbed 👍
i quess wind blast is an essential part of motorcycle riding at least for me! And with normal speeds (like one rides with a Harley) there is actually almost none. And... I would say the acceleration from about 80km/h is as good with 5th gear as with 4th but much more enjoyable! 6th might be a little overdrive but nice for steady cruising at 100+ km/h. High weight is still a no-no for me. Sound is wonderful and low-rev manners are great.
What a beauty I'm likin that one definitely put a sissy bar and different seat on .I even like the color would you have it as your only bike ?.Cheers : )
Cracking mate. I'd need a winter hack. It tends to get dirty very quickly on wet roads etc so winter time I'd need something slightly more practical for that type of work tbh👍
gosh ,, well ,,,= we are getting you harleyfied ;;;; isnt it great that you can have all that muscle power but do not get tempted to lose your licence ;; hd have got it right then ???
Enjoyed the video. Was seriously tempted to go back to Harley in 2022 but fell in love with my Classic 500 when I saw it looking at me in the dealership.
TY for easing my Covid19 hell , me and the Missus have both got it and are suffering halfway through self isolation . We are both poorly but videos like this help to ease the pain , great video as usual mate :)
@@exeterrider We both have had three jabs including the booster and yes it's worse than you can imagine , neither of us have felt this ill before . You have no strength or energy and just want to sleep all of the time and the coughing is horrendous ....
