Harley-Davidson Street Glide audio upgrade part 2 ( Punisher )
Customer was not happy with the overall volume and clarity of his aftermarket audio setup .
He was also unhappy with the fact that the audio cuts in and out and only half the speakers play most of the time ( I’m pretty sure is a signal sensing issue with the auto turn on in the amplifiers or heavy clipping of the input signal sending the amp into protection )
The system was grossly under powered
( 360 watts running 10 speakers )
Less than 50 watts per speaker 😳🤦🏽‍♂️
We will be running 4 times more power across the 10 speakers with a pair of Sound digital EvoX 800.4 amps and upgrading to more powerful and more efficient Hertz Neo and Mmats PA series speakers .
All wiring will be upgraded to stinger ofc copper
We will
Flash the radio and add a dsp .

I’m blessed with truly amazing clients that trust us with their brand new bikes . We have 3 brand new ones with less the 10 miles on each one . Clients had the dealer deliver them straight to our shop instead of their house .

@@NVSAUDIO I have a SD 800.4EVO SD250.2D & a FG Maestro DSR1 ...Can i put 4 Hertz 6.5 NEO & Hertz 6x9 NEO on that and get a good quality sound?

Nice video! Much luv from Cali. Looking to do an audio upgrade on a stock 16 Road glide. Any recommendations for a full complete kit? Looking at changing out the stock inner fairing to run 4x6.5 with 2 tweeters and advanblack lids 2x8, 2 tweeters. Saw your previous video about 6.5. Thinking of either Ground Zero or the Mats. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks for all the knowledge.

Why do these 800.4 only have 6 (3 pair) speaker connections instead of 8 (4 pair) ? I have to go check but my EvoX 800.4 has 8 speaker connections. Is there a difference? I'm just wondering how you have 10 speakers hooked to only 6 pair. Multiple speakers going to the same outputs? Bridged? Very interested! haha

Amp to the 6x9s is bridged The other amp is running stereo The new version is the evox 800.4 has 4 speaker terminals the first version only had 3

@@NVSAUDIO ahh.. got ya. Thanks for replying. I’m about 1000 miles from you but your videos have helped teach me to do my system. My first go at it was only 4 speakers but same crap amp as this bike had. I had no idea what I was doing. Now I’m tuning DSP’s. Lol. Very grateful.

Just wanted to ask you, do you recommend a stater upgrade or will the factory stater keep up with 2 800 watt amps drawing on it?

No stator upgrade needed . This setup pulls about 60 - 70 -amps of current on music , pushing the limit of the factory battery About 1200 watts rms ( one amp is bridged full power the other is running stereo 1/2 power ) 1000-1500 watts we recommend a stinger agm battery 2000 watts and higher we recommend lithium

I have a RK Harley and i have lower fairings which i want to install some speakers. Which speaker system should i use, I don't want to put speakers in my bags, only want to install 6.5 in lower fairings whats your advice ?

What do you have in the upper fairing? What amp are you running?

@@NVSAUDIO I have no fairing, I have a harley roadking which comes with no fairing, I have no system at all . Looking to put lower fairings only on my bike which the fairings carries 6.5 , I do not want to put speakers in my bags only want a good system which consist of a good set of 6.5 that will do the job.
